perfect just as they are

Your baby is my guide for the session. Beautiful soft lighting and simple cloth backgrounds. Gently posing baby into poses comfortable for them.

A newborn session is normally held in the first 14 days of life to capture the raw beautiful new beginning of your baby’s life. You can expect tiny, curly and sleepy babies at this age.
Newborn session in studio is unhurried and entirely about your baby.

There is no limit on photographing a small baby – if you have a newborn older than 14 days I can still help you.

A baby who is 3-8 weeks old will likely be more awake during the shoot and my focus will be on their eye contact, movement, and everything that makes up who they are at this point in time.

pricing & booking

Newborn Photography $695

My Newborn sessions are all inclusive. This means you don’t have to choose your images for a price, you just receive the entire session content through temporary online personal gallery ready to download, make prints or anything you wish.

The number of images you receive is determined by how the session goes and my aim is to provide as many as I can for you.

Newborn sessions are held in my home studio on week days and include:

3-4 hour studio session in Wodonga

Simple baby-led posing with a natural feel (includes sibling and parent portraits)

All digital files included (high resolution jpg), minimum of 30 images

Some of the images will be supplied in Black & White

Temporary password protected online gallery for downloading images

Booking a session is really easy and requires a $100 deposit

I also have a range of prints & products available if you love something more tangible.

when to book

Your newborn photography session should ideally be booked while you are still pregnant as this is crucial to secure your date. I only take limited number of clients per month and am often booked up several months in advance.
If you have already had your baby, please still get in touch and I can check my availability.
We won’t know when your baby will actually arrive so I pencil your due date into our calendar and we confirm an actual date once your baby has arrived.
